Your Email Signature

There is no signature for you yet. Create one now.

How to import your email signature
to the most common email clients.

  1. Log in to Gmail:

    • Open your web browser and go to Gmail.
    • Log in with your email address and password.
  2. Open Settings:

    • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
    • Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Navigate to Signature Settings:

    • Go to the "General" tab.
    • Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
  4. Create a New Signature:

    • Click on "Create new".
    • Enter a name for your signature and click "Create".
  5. Insert HTML Code:

    • In the signature editor, click on the "<>" icon to switch to HTML mode.
    • Paste your HTML code into the text box.
    • Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
  1. Log in to Yahoo Mail:

    • Open your web browser and go to Yahoo Mail.
    • Log in with your email address and password.
  2. Open Settings:

    • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
    • Select "More Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Navigate to Signature Settings:

    • Click on "Writing email" on the left side.
    • In the "Signature" section, toggle the switch to enable it.
  4. Insert HTML Code:

    • Click inside the signature box.
    • Paste your HTML code directly into the box.
    • The signature will save automatically.
  1. Open Settings App:

    • Go to the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to Mail Settings:

    • Scroll down and select "Mail".
  3. Open Signature Settings:

    • Tap on "Signature".
    • Choose whether you want the signature for "All Accounts" or "Per Account".
  4. Insert HTML Code:

    • Delete any existing signature.
    • Paste your HTML signature into the box.
    • Shake your phone until the "Undo Change Attributes" option appears and select it.
    • This step ensures that the HTML formatting is retained.
  1. Open Outlook:

    • Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. Navigate to Signature Settings:

    • Click on "File" in the top left corner.
    • Select "Options" from the menu.
    • In the "Mail" category, click on "Signatures".
  3. Create a New Signature:

    • Click on "New" and enter a name for your signature.
  4. Insert HTML Code:

    • In the "Edit signature" section, click on the "<>" icon to switch to HTML mode.
    • Paste your HTML code into the text box.
    • Click "OK" to save the signature.
